Lights Out Childrens book
Our childrens book came out kind of how I imagened it. The story was the same as the one we came up with at the begining, so the video is the same as the one we “envisined.” I think there was suspense when the monsters were going to get Pam and Sam. We used hyperbole in the picture where there were huge hands. The theme of our story was Overcoming your fears. I think it was worthwhile making the video because I think everyone got more interested in making these books because they knew that in the end it would turn out really cool. But if we knew we would just be making a book, it wouldn’t be that exciting. This assignment didn’t really help me understand the word wall but the posterrs we made did. I think we were so focused on writing the book and making the video that we didn’t do some of the things on the word wall. I think to make the book better we should have more time to plan out our book and pictures.
